Taxi Park, Gulu Uganda. 2008.
n honor of the Hasselblad 500 series which was killed off today, I’ll post a couple square photos. I have so many memories with those cameras. I bought my first one because that is what all the cool skate photographers were using at the time. I took it to Africa and found myself as a photographer in 2007 as I wandered around with a light meter and a sack of film, shooting portraits of people and scenes. I had no agenda really and no idea what I was doing but when I got home and developed all those squares, it changed the way I thought about myself as a photographer. RIP hassy.

I have a new project about my old man doing the Memorial Hermann Texas Iron Man race a couple weeks ago. I’m super proud of him and this project. Holler!
