Two weeks ago I set out with stupendous friend Tim across the country in his turbo charged Subaru Forester. We drove from Salt Lake City, to Rochester NY, however There were few speeding shenanigans though due to the fact that we had to deliver him alive, since he was getting married the following week. After getting to Rochester, I spent a day there with his family and then flew into NYC from buffalo at 5am and began a really harried, quick three days of meetings with photo editors in the middle of what I swear was a real monsoon. Seriously, I lived in NYC for a while and never saw that much rain… I was sprinting around midtown hauling my portfolio and yashica point and shoot with me everywhere. I think I looked (and smelled) like a wet rat in everybody’s offices but they were all very kind. I then raced back up to Rochester on the amtrak thursday morning for Tim’s bachelor party and beginning of wedding weekend madness. The whole time I was religiously pumping kodak gold into my 35mm point and shoot like my life depended on it. I was going to organize these posts by event but that would make too much sense. Here are my last two weeks, in no particular order. Full of beer, homocides in brooklyn, midtown skyscrapers, the open road and setting things on fire everywhere in between! Enjoy…

ps-thanks to everybody who housed me/fed me/provided emotional support in NYC
